SharePoint Saturday Cincinnati 2012–Retrospective

Well, I’ve returned home from a day well-spent at the now famous event:
ScarePointSpookinnati

It was a great event filled with great speakers and good information. It was also complemented by attendees dressed in kool & unforgettable costumes, as well as other folks whose costume I’m trying to erase from my memory. Smile

ghostHighlights included a terrifying talk on hacking SharePoint, a frightfully good demo on integrating Facebook and SharePoint using Azure Access Control Services, and a ghastly glimpse into some techniques for effective requirements gathering for SharePoint projects.

You may be wondering, “Dude, why didn’t you tell me about this event BEFORE it happened?”  Sorry, I guess my brain was distracted preparing my SP2013 talk for the DogFood Conference coming up in a couple of weeks. (blog post coming soon) I suspect my guilt will haunt me for days to come… : )
